Steps taken in 2021:

A) Update and display of fee for registration of documents, stamp duty, tax list.

B) Organizing weekly public hearings in keeping with the promise of “transparent, fast and accountable public service is our pledge”.

C) Placement of complaint box.

D) Display of notification of division of labor of officers and employees.

E) Establishment of instruction board of various documents required for registration of documents.

F) Establishment of help desks for the cooperation of service seekers.

G) Issuance of identity cards to all employees of the office and document writers.

H) Display mobile numbers of all office staff and document writers for communication where necessary.

 

Documents required for document registry:

A) Original certified copy of latest ledger or ledger of record room.

B) Original copy of Namjari (mutation) in ancestral or personal name.

C) Original copy of DP ledger.

D) Deposit of original rent for the current year (payable on proper ledger).

E) Original copy of Voter ID Card / Birth Registration / Passport.

F) Original copy of Waresh Kayam Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (where applicable).
